Well it has been awhile since I felt like cooking, I have pork tenderloin and mangoes on hand. I found a recipe for Mango Glazed Pork Tenderloins and immediately knew I had to make this. I have been slacking in the creating/ new recipes that I try and blog about. So all of a sudden today I got back in the mood to make some food.
This is so good with the saltiness of the prosciutto and the sweetness of the fresh mango. It is a little spicy so if you are sensitive to spiciness you can alter the cayenne pepper.
