LOW-FAT OVEN FRIED BUTTERMILK CHICKEN

This recipe is a low fat version of good ole fried chicken, it is still crispy even though it is baked in the oven

8 Peices of chicken ~ salt and peppered
2 cups of fat free buttermilk
1 tablespoon of hot sauce
3 sprigs of rosemary
3 cloves of garlic crushed

thyme 1 tablespoon chopped
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1 cup of parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of paprika
salt and pepper

Add the first four ingrediants to a large bowl and soak the chicken overnight.

Shake of excess moisture from chicken and cover with breading. Place on a baking sheet that is covered with aluminum foil then spray an roasting rack and place on the baking sheet. This will help the bottom to get crispy also.

Heat oven to 400 and cook for about 50 minutes till crispy brown and cooked through
