These burgers are a great change of pace to the cheeseburger. If you like buffalo wings than you will love this recipe. You can make as spicy as you like.
1/4 C barbeque sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 pd ground chicken
1 tbsp of scallions
1/4 panko crumbs or bread crumbs (plain)
blue cheese crumbles
celery 1 stalk chopped
1 tsp chopped garlic
tomato
lettuce
salt
In a small bowl add the bbq sauce and hot sauce together then stir.
In a medium bowl add the chicken, 1 tbsp of bbq sauce mixture, bread crumbs, celery, garlic and salt. Wet your hands then mix and make into patties. Heat Grill and spray with pam, top one side of burgers with sauce and cook sauce side down, cook ten minutes then top with sauce and flip. Cook an additional ten minutes. Toast buns and top burgers with the blue cheese, put lettuce and tomato on roll then top with burger. Enjoy
