Today I had my second baking lesson from Joanne. We made Chocolate Souffle' it was actually pretty easy to make and quite yummy. The consistency was smooth and creamy, with a light chocolate flavor. I topped mine with whipped cream. It was fun watching it as it cooked, it rose about four inches over the top of the souffle' dish. We made an aluminum foil collar to keep it from spilling over the sides. If you would like this recipe send me a comment to send it to you and I will.
