Big Fatty's BBQ (Hartford Vt.)

Do you love a good BBQ joint?  Boy have I found one with my friend Lara today.  We went to the King Aurthor store and left hungry.  Lara is a total teche as she pulled out her new S4 phone and googled local restaurants for us to choose from.  Big Fatty's sounded like a fun place to try, so on we went for a foodie adventure. 
When you walk in it isn't much on the eye's, just one table and a few stools.  No pictures or decorations just 3 guys cooking food in the back.  My first thought was either this is going to be great or a huge mistake.  We asked the guy that rang up or order what he recommended, he highly suggested the brisket which was slowly BBQ'D served with a side of coleslaw.  We added a side of sweet potatoes and corn bread.

 The beef brisket was crispy on the outside and so tender yet juicy.  Slightly salty with a perfect amount of bbq seasonings.  I would dare say it was the best I ever had.  Every bite was better than the last as it seemed to melt in your mouth.  The sweet potato fries were done to perfection with sea salt added after frying. 

If your looking for good BBQ Big Fatty's is the place.  If your into pretty atmosphere you better do take out.  Well worth the trip.  I give this BBQ 3 1/2 forks, good food and good service.
