Fried Mozzarella With Fresh Tomato and Basil Sauce!


This I have everytime I go to Pappa Razzi coming home from Boston or Maine. I made it myself with home-made sauce which you will find a recipe in my blog for. I used fresh mozzarella cut in slices dipped it in egg flavored with salt and pepper then Japanese bread crumbs and fried it until the cheese was starting to melt. Yummy, sooo good.
