
I made this for a dinner get-together tonight what an awesome dessert. It was so good, I will definitely have to make this again.
1/2 C plus 2 tbsp of butter
1 C sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
6 tbsp of baking cocoa
1/2 C flour
1 tsp of instant espresso
preheat oven to 325. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla; beat in eggs. Blend in cocoa. Stir in flour and espresso. Bake in a greased 8x8x2 pan for 30-35 minutes. Cool. Top brownies with favorite ice cream and heavy whipped cream with that is whipped with of sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp of vanilla. Top on ice cream and a generous swirl chocolate syrup. Yummy!!
