Thanks everyone for helping me reacth my 1000 hits goal. That means my blog has been looked at 1000 times. How exciting is that? I am thrilled I never expected that kind of response to my blog. Go pour yourself a glass of wine and celebrate with me.
As you know I have taken a weekend job as a guest chef in a local restaurant called Christina's, I am having so much fun with that. I think I am spending way more money there than I am making but I am having a blast. I like going in and watching customers reactions to my meals. One lady ordered the Chicken Picatta and told me it was so tender she could not believe she was eating chicken. Then she told me she is a vegetarian which really made me laugh. She thought Picatta was tofu that was made to taste like chicken. How funny is that?
