This morning, well more like early afternoon, since it was 11 am. we went to breakfast at Rooster's Bistro in Northfield. We like going there because they serve breakfast till noon.
The restaurant has a country charm with warm and friendly waitresses to serve you. The Owner/Cook there is amazing to watch, as we sat at the counter I watched her prepare all the breakfast with great ease. She was able to make at least six orders at once, on the grill plus talk to her customers. All while making it look so easy. Rooster's now serves lunch and dinner also. I have not been for a dinner but I will have to try it sometime.
I have always been satisfied with my breakfast. The service is good and portions are very generous. You will never leave hungry and prices are reasonable. I give this establishment 3 1/2 forks.

I love this appetizer/almost a meal in itself. If you like buffalo chicken wings you will love this. My sister Jackie asks me to make this...
