Pot Roast

Last nights dinner smelled delicious all day cooking. It was made with a creamy chardonnay sauce. I thought it was OK but I find pot roast basically all taste the same in the crock pot. Even though this recipe had you brown both sides of the roast in a skillet prior to cooking it was still kinda mushy. I would not make this recipe again.
