Tonight was a good night for comfort food. I have been so busy lately I just needed some warm comfort food. So I made my Ultimate Meatloaf and Scalloped Potatoes. What could be more comforting besides a hot fudge sundae? Mmmmm...there's a thought for later tonight. It was perfect warm and filling. For my meatloaf I use lot's of onions, some Worcestershire Sauce, eggs and bread crumbs but the secret to a moist meatloaf is milk instead of water. My potatoes were tender, creamy, with a nice crispy topping. I made asparagus and garlic toast as sides. Yummy!
There's a party in my tummy....yummy!

Where are the hot fudge sundaes? Maybe I can get Sandy to buy at Friendlys! It smells great, but she says it wont be ready for an hour. AN HOUR! What's up with that? I am hungry NOW.
I Think Tim should get the sundaes since I made such a great meal, don't you?
