I failed to read how this pot roast is cooked...It is a crock pot recipe and I didn't put it in the crock pot this morning. Ooops!! I guess I will have left over Chicken and Dumplings. That is OK because I am the only one home tonight and I don't think I want to cook a pot roast just for me.
Tomorrow is New ears Eve, we are trying a new restaurant we have never been to before I will let you know how it is. Some farm house restaurant in Orange, MA.
